Your Role:

As an UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. You will create and submit graphical assets that will be integrated by software developers into the product. To succeed in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. Ultimately, you will create both functional and appealing features that address clients’ needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

How you will spend your time:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.
  • Present UI/UX designs to internal and external stakeholders as part of working group sessions.

What you will need to succeed:

  • A BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Possesses a Portfolio of design projects.
  • Knowledgeable about wireframe tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator or similar.
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Good time-management skills.
