Your Role:
Are you a project manager who excels in driving successful outcomes? At Quester Tangent, you will lead our projects with precision and dedication, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. Your expertise in strategic planning and client management will uphold our standards of excellence and propel our business forward. Join us to lead impactful projects that make a difference.
How You Will Spend Your Time:
- Monitor and report on project budgets, disseminate official project budget updates.
- Prepare and present project reports.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the project contract, utilize a “contract first” approach.
- Effectively manage assigned projects until hand-over to Customer Service; thereafter, provide support and aid as required.
- Understand, maintain, and promote an overall perspective of QT corporate goals and objectives; work with all stakeholders to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
- Employ strategic project planning, communication, and execution.
- Employ effective client management and communications; promote client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on overall project status.
- Identify and resolve or aid in the resolution of project risks and issues.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability and availability to travel internationally.
- PMP certification is an asset
Experiences That Will Help You Thrive:
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing projects with a value greater than CAD$1,000,000 or with an operational period of at least 18 months.
- Experience in multi-tasking environments and interaction with people at multiple levels.
- Engineering or technical experience is a bonus.
