Your Role:
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives on ensuring projects run smoothly? At Quester Tangent, you will join the Customer Experience department, a team dedicated to executing projects to the agreed schedule, scope, and cost. You will also be the primary contact point for clients to address support requests related to existing or legacy projects. Your role involves both hands-on tasks and administrative duties to support project managers and ensure successful project delivery.
How You Will Spend Your Time:
- Provide initial point of contact for (Level 1) support requests received from customers.
- Log customer requests into the customer incident management database and forward requests to the appropriate resources within the organization.
- Ensure all customer requests are treated in a courteous and timely manner to a successful conclusion.
- Assist Project Managers in the preparation of daily project correspondences with clients.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of project documentation, including official letters, project plans, and other project documents as directed by the Project Managers.
- Track and schedule project deliverables, including CDRLs, products, training, and services.
- Prepare project invoices.
- Assist with the collection of payments for project invoices.
- Process client purchase orders.
- Issue and update internal change orders (ICO).
- Manage order entry in QT’s MRP system to ensure on-schedule delivery of products included in the project scope of supply.
- Assist the Project Managers in compiling monthly project reports for senior management.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Customer Experience Manager.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High motivation and the ability to work independently in a high-energy environment.
- Commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Experiences That Will Help You Thrive:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project coordination role or similar.
- Proven experience coordinating with teams.
- PMP certification is an asset.
